We all have a story. Of course some are more heroic than others, but God will use them all for His glory when we just have to let Him.
Ordinary Grit is about giving a voice to those awe-inspiring stories that would otherwise never be heard.
Ordinary people doing remarkable things.
BUT IT'S NOT STORIES THAT DEFINE US.
I don't know about you, but fortunately God has always kept me on a short leash. It's helped me define myself as His and His alone. I was born to live and walk with Him and glorify Him until He’s done with me.
Scott would say, “We serve at the pleasure of the King, Lauren. And when the King is done, He’s done.”
So I live my life at the King’s pleasure.
I hope these stories of ordinary grit point you to Him. I hope you are reminded how God uses us to illuminate who He is.
